CMN Balloon Team

Thanks so much to you and your team for bringing the Children's Miracle Network Balloon to Vermont!  It helped make our broadcast the most successful ever!

What an incredible weekend!  It has been an absolute pleasure to work with all of you.  The last ride on Sunday night was the icing on the cake!  Thank you for Everything you have done.  I look forward to working with you again next year.

The entertainment package was well worth the price!

I had my first hot air balloon flight on the morning of Sunday, July 16th.  It was a beautiful day for flying!  Jon Thompson, pilot of the Children's Miracle Network balloon treated three of us to a wonderful experience.  Jon explained everything that was going to happen before it happened, even adding humor in on the side.  He flew the balloon with a great deal of confidence.  It seemed as though we were floating like a cloud, very peaceful and quiet.  We were never anxious, not for a second.  It was truly a morning that I will never forget. 

I highly recommend Jon for corporate events, charity events or special occasions.  You won't be sorry.

I want to thank you again  for an awesome ride.  I was impressed with the way you were able to lower us into that rock quarry.  But the most impressive part of my trip was the way you included the young children in packing up the equipment in the parking lot where we landed.  Not only did you make a memory with me with our flight, but you touched the hearts of those young children which I believe they will always remember.

Dear Jon,

Just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our flight in the CMN balloon on Saturday morning at the NJ Festival of Ballooning.  We had attended the festival in prior years to watch the ascensions, which we always found to be very enjoyable, but having the experience of flying in the balloon was more than I could have ever imagined.  It was fabulous, thanks to you and your crew, and I would not hesitate for one moment to do it again!  Thanks again.

What a spectacular, special experience we had this morning! We had a beautiful, peaceful flight beside Lake Champlain with a soft landing in a quiet field.

Our pilot, Jon, was professional, friendly and made the trip a pleasure from start to finish.

We are grateful to you all - a great crew and a caring team.  After 4 1/2 years in and out of the hospital we cherish an experience like this in a way we can't begin to describe.

Thanks for a great ride!  It was a beautiful night to sweep the tree-tops and nearly plunge into a stream.  We were so impressed by how close to the ground the balloon went, although I don't think the wheat farmer had the same feelings.  We can't believe we were actually moving at 600ft/min. at one point!  It just felt like we were floating.
